About Our Company

With 30 years of experience and licensed in Nevada for 17 years. Shawn Elfberg has been involved in the Commercial and Residential Construction Industry. As a Business Owner and Project Manager, he has supervised the development of Multiple Homes, Custom Homes, Apartments, Tenant Improvements, Private Residential Remodels, as well as City and State projects. He is involved in projects from initial development, including grading, to turnover and supervising of customer service, as well as the interviewing, hiring of sub-contractors, vendors, and employees. He is well known and respected by colleagues and employees for expecting nothing less than optimum performance. Qualities associated with his character include his team-oriented attitude, ambitious nature, determination, and fairness. My ability to organize a group of productive, Non-dependant, positive and motivated personnel are attributes much appreciated through-out the business.
